• SMS UNSUB to 12800 (Charge: Rs3/SMS) to deactivate Tata Docomo Call Me Tune.

• Call 12800 and say Manage to Unsubscribe from your phone to deactivate Tata Docomo Caller Tune

• You received a confirmation message within 48 hours regarding the deactivation of Tata Docomo Caller Tune.

• Activate the service by sending an SMS as ACT UT ‘song code’ to 52211

Through Voice Portal:

• Dial 52211555 and select the song of your choice by going through the voice menu, for Rs.6/min.

Through Song Search Facility:

• Dial 52200 and just say the name of the song you want to download, for Re.1/min.

Through Copy tunes:

• You can copy the caller tune of any other Uninor subscriber by just pressing (*) to copy  and (9) for confirmation.

Through Music Station:

• Here you have to dial 52222 and activate the Uninor music station service, where you get to listen over 50000 songs, and just press (*) while listening to a song to make it your caller tune.

Call the customer care:

• Call the customer care number of 121 from your Uninor mobile or toll free number 0124-3329000 and ask them for a request to deactivate the my caller tunes service. You will then receive a Service Request Number from their side and your request will be processed within 48 hours.
